Overview

This course includes studies in marketing, accounting, economics, information systems, accounting and lean management. Classes include a mix of academic and applied skills to ensure graduates have the right mix of capabilities for employment or further studies. During the course students will complete an industry-based project and will work in well-supported, small groups. 

The course is a paraprofessional qualification that provides graduates with a broad range of skills and knowledge to succeed in business employment or further education.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL or at least 25 in English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
