Overview

This course includes studies in marketing, accounting, economics, information systems, accounting and lean management. Classes include a mix of academic and applied skills to ensure graduates have the right mix of capabilities for employment or further studies. During the course students will complete an industry-based project and will work in well-supported, small groups. 

The course is a paraprofessional qualification that provides graduates with a broad range of skills and knowledge to succeed in business employment or further education.

The Bachelor of Business will develop the personal and professional capabilities that industry requires, such as a global mindset, a commitment to social impact, digital agility, critical thinking and the ability to cut through the noise and focus on what matters. The Bachelor of Business allows you to respond to the future and build highly transferable and applicable skills.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL or at least 25 in English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
