Overview

This course explores the social, cultural and technological aspects of architecture. Students investigate architecture through design, integrating the knowledge gained in history, communications and technology subjects into a total design project.

Throughout the course students complete design studios, which allow them to select from a diverse range of design experiences, contexts, scales, research interests and agendas. The studios form the core of the course structure and provide the point of integration for all subjects.

Students are exposed to architectural practice through staff who are active practitioners and through international exchange opportunities and industry projects.
