Murdoch University - South Street
Japan is famous for pop culture, great food, vending machines, ski fields, Sumo wrestling, karaoke and much more. It is also one of Australia’s major partners in economics, politics, cultural exchange, research and development. In this course, you will develop your capability to engage in professional activities working with the people and culture of Japan. The classes employ a communicative approach which steadily builds your proficiency in the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing contemporary Japanese, as well as introducing many aspects of Japanese culture and society. The course features integration of on-campus learning and in-country study which allows students to undertake an exchange program in Japan.
