Our courses focus on human anatomy and physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, genetics, cell and molecular biology, nutrition and biochemistry, and you gain theoretical and practical knowledge in preparation for the workplace, the conduct of advanced research and health post-graduate opportunities. You study biomedical science laboratory techniques and investigate authentic medical problems, and produce scientific reports for biomedical experiments and mini research projects. The program provides the background knowledge for students to undertake the Graduate Medical Schools Admissions Test (GAMSAT).
