Overview

Chancellor’s Scholars will receive the Melbourne Chancellor’s Scholarship. This scholarship for high-achieving students includes a living allowance, fee exemption and a guaranteed Commonwealth Support Place or Overseas Fee Place in one of  the professional master degrees, such as the Melbourne Juris Doctor (Law) or the Doctor of Medicine and a range of other graduate programs.

To be eligible, you must have recently completed Australian Year 12 or International Baccalaureate in Australia, or be an Australian citizen and have completed Australian Year 12 or International Baccalaureate outside Australia, and achieved an ATAR of at least 99.90 or, if you are an Indigenous student, an ATAR of at least 90. Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in Chemistry; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics.
