Bachelor of Biomedicine/Doctorate by coursework of Optometry

Overview
A minimum weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 75% is required in the Bachelor of Biomedicine to progress to the Doctor of Optometry, however applicants are not required to sit the Graduate Australian Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT) (or equivalent). Students who successfully complete the Bachelor of Biomedicine with the required WAM, including passing all subjects which are prerequisites for the graduate degree on their first attempt, will automatically progress to the Doctor of Optometry.
The Doctor of Optometry is only available full time (4 years duration).
