Overview

Study a Bachelor of Business and take advantage of VU’s award-winning Block Model. Our educators will work to develop you as a business professional. Your first unit you will explore the opportunities available in business, network with industry professionals, and inform you of study majors, ensuring you are ready to begin studying in the discipline of your choice. Through your degree, you will work on real-world practical assignments, solve business dilemmas and master the technology/concepts relevant to your career.

You’ll gain digital skills and industry certifications by mastering industry software and digital platforms from Tableau™, SAP™ to Microsoft™ and more. In second year, you’ll develop your career plan and a personal brand in the subject, My Professional Brand. A career plan developed during your degree will build the awareness, skills and networks that enable you to prepare yourself for guaranteed work experience.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 20 in English other than EAL.

Accounting, Analytics, Banking and Finance, Business Analytics, Event Management, Financial Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Information Systems Management, International Trade, Management and Innovation, Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Potential Career Outcomes
