Overview

Businesses rely on technology and information systems to operate successfully in a rapidly changing global market. As a graduate with these two degrees, you will possess the skills to apply business principles and knowledge across the IT sector or assist businesses to implement technological advances. Combine accounting and software development to create new software programs for accountants; mix games and immersive media and marketing to help you develop and sell the next big video game; or join business information systems and business statistics to work in the growing field of data analytics.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 27 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 22 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics or at least 25 in Maths: General Mathematics.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

As for Year 12 (or Year 12 equivalent).
