A Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management teaches you key hospitality concepts and operations, including marketing, hospitality entrepreneurship and innovation in global hospitality. Gain industry experience during your bachelor of hospitality management and graduate with skills to launch your career.

During this course, you will study critical business and management subjects and gain knowledge, attributes, skills and experience in key areas of hospitality. This course has been designed to be flexible and can be studied fully online, on-campus or a combination of both. You can choose from a wide range of electives so you focus on the area you're passionate about. Learning outcomes

Areas of Study: Accommodation management, accounting, economics, entertainment and leisure management and tourism, gastronomy, human resources, introduction to hospitality, marketing, project management, resort and spa management, strategic management, tourism and events, work health and safety and risk management.

Practical experience: Torrens University Australia students undertake industry placements with some of the most prestigious restaurant, hospitality and tourism organisations in Australia and the world.
