Overview

The Bachelor of Business is an integrated program that provides a grounding in the key business disciplines. Combined with a specialisation in Human Resource Management the program provides students with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in management-focused roles. The Human Resource Management (HRM) specialisation is designed to provide graduates with a solid grounding in human resources for managing people to achieve positive outcomes in areas such as staff motivation, staff performance appraisal, training and development, and staff retention.
