Overview

The Bachelor of Business Management introduces students to organisations as systems. They develop the necessary skills and knowledge to administer and coordinate an organisation's resources in ways that enable it to achieve its strategic goals within a systems framework.

In the first year of the degree, students gain the background necessary for a career in business. Core courses include accounting, economics, and business statistics; and an introduction to organisations and management.

In subsequent years, the focus is on developing the technical, human, and social skills required for business management.
