This degree builds a strong understanding of business principles while you learn marketing theories, practice and the role that marketing plays in the success of contemporary organisations. This degree has been developed in consultation with the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) to ensure you're taught the most relevant and up-to-date information. This course also involves industry work placement where you will gain hands-on experience that complements your theoretical knowledge. Learning outcomes

Career Opportunities: Marketing coordinator, assistant product manager, sales manager, social media specialist.Practical experience: An important element of this course is the placement of the students with an endorsed host organisation(s). Work placements provide a valuable resource for you to develop hands-on practical experience to ensure you graduate confident and job-ready. A key task will be the completion of a reflective journal covering the experience and the identification and analysis of key learning outcomes. Work placement hours: 300 hours.
