Skills development is focused on managerial decision-making, business and personal leadership, and the ethics of values-based management. Students gain specialist knowledge in at least one business discipline according to the major/s they choose (in the Commerce component of the double degree), with opportunities available for wider study in business-related fields of study. In addition to an understanding of organisational behaviour and working within organisations, students gain an appreciation of the centrality of ethics and probity in commercial and interpersonal transactions.
