Overview

In this course you’ll explore the role and operation of law, learn the structure of the Australian legal system, develop your understanding of case law and legislation, and examine the interactions between law and other disciplines and social groupings. You will investigate a range of issues, including human trafficking, crimes against humanity and social and welfare law. You’ll also learn about dispute resolution and have the opportunity to develop your own skills in this area.
