Overview

There is strong demand for qualified early childhood educators. This degree gives you a three-year qualification to work in early childhood settings with children from six-weeks-old to six-years-old. Core units cover early childhood principles and practices, child development theory and application, how to best support children’s learning and pedagogical approaches for early childhood education. Students will investigate contemporary issues in early childhood education, leadership and management; and health and wellbeing in the early childhood environment.
