Overview

This degree is aimed at students who aspire to develop their careers in schools and educational settings but in fields other than teaching. The course offers also offers a pathway into an initial teacher education degree such as the Bachelor of Education (Primary) or the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) degrees. The focus of this course is contemporary education. Graduates have opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills in areas such as learning theory, educational technology and curriculum studies, in addition to good foundations in disciplinary knowledge.
