Overview

Mining engineers work with all aspects of ore extraction and processing. They gather valuable minerals or metals and provide a backbone industry for our society. Our double degree options enable a specialised focus which compliments your core mining engineering discipline. Double degrees are available with Mathematical and Computer Sciences and Science.

Since the selection rank will be the same regardless of the non-engineering program nominated, applicants' chances of selection will not be affected by which program option they select. For information about the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Mining) program, see 334851.
