Overview

This dual degree allows students to combine studies in engineering with emerging computer science technologies. Students develop the strong analytical, logical and development skills necessary to advance computing and its applications, alongside specialised engineering knowledge to meet the needs of the high-tech industries of the future. The computer science program combines theoretical studies of algorithms and data structures with the practical challenges of implementing them in hardware and software systems. Through the engineering program, students benefit from hands-on experiences across all aspects of engineering and more study options for greater career opportunities. Majors

Refer to Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Computer Science. Software Engineering is not available in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/Bachelor of Computer Science dual program.
