Overview

Ready to turn your passion for sports and exercise into your career?

As an exercise and sports scientist, you are a qualified health professional helping your clients improve their health and fitness, enhance physical performance and prevent and rehabilitate injury in populations of both healthy (including athletes) and the physically challenged (such as aged and injured).

You will combine your academic studies with practical experience with opportunities to get out of the classroom and into the field in professional placements.

If you are interested in physiotherapy, you will be able to choose three specialist elective units from Flinders University if you are considering further postgraduate qualifications in physiotherapy.
