Exercise and sports science explores human movement and how it applies to physical activity. Advances in research and technology related to sports and exercise are constantly revealing new ways to optimise human performance, fitness and health. This course will help you to maintain your on-the-pulse professionalism in this dynamic industry.

Gain critical knowledge in areas such as biomechanics, exercise physiology, human nutrition and sport psychology, and hone your logical, critical and creative thinking abilities. Put your skills into practice in the design, implementation and evaluation of exercise and physical activity for healthy people.

This course has been granted accreditation by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), the national accrediting and membership association for the industry. You will be eligible to attain full membership with ESSA and be qualified as an Accredited Exercise Scientist if you complete the Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, which includes 140 hours of supervised industry practicum.
