Overview

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management has been specifically designed for students with a TAFE diploma or an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) recognised diploma or equivalent. 

Throughout the course, students develop a broad range of hospitality management skills in the areas of human resource management, management, marketing, tourism, resort and hotel management skills that are all needed for a successful and diverse career in hospitality. The growth of the hospitality industry has opened many doors for graduates in areas such as hotels, restaurants, night clubs, conference centres, cruise liners, retailing, tour companies and sport and cultural industries.

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management has a practical focus and is well recognised by five-star hotels and restaurants around Australia. Upon completion, students graduate work-ready and well prepared to pursue a career in a variety of roles.

Prerequisites

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Diploma: an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) or equivalent recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Management.
