Overview

Students will hone their business acumen and develop the talent to confidently lead people and projects with the Bachelor of Information Technology, where they will gain the specialised skills and understanding to succeed in highly competitive business and technology environments. Topics covered in the program include accounting, economics, law, marketing, business and strategy. Students also learn about software engineering, design, mathematics and information systems and learn to apply technical skills to solve problems, support innovation and improve communication between people. This program is developed through strong industry consultation that allows students to undertake projects, placements and internships with businesses, which can often lead to employment opportunities.
