Overview

The degree prepares skilled graduates for a myriad of industries. The program focuses on the development of web-based business applications and includes an optional internship. Students undertake studies in programming, systems analysis and design, cyber security, database development, networking and communications theory. They learn about issues confronting the information and communications technology industry, including employer obligations, employee rights, impacts on society, and future directions of the industry. The University offers the 'Women in Technology' program, which provides dedicated support for women entering this industry. This course is also available online and at Coomera campus.
