Overview

Engage in key concepts, blending coursework and technical skill development, in areas such as programming, construction and animation of 3D models and characters, design and develop a sophisticated environment/level and an animated asset for an existing game.

Our IT degrees and specialisations have been developed alongside trends and changes in the industry, and in accordance with the Australian Computer Society's accreditation standards. Other IT specialisations include Big Data and Analytics, Business and Information Systems, Cloud and Enterprise Computing, Mobile App Development, Networking and Security, Professional Practice and Software Development, or you may choose to keep your options open with a Bachelor of Information Technology, with no specific specialisation, that offers a wide variety of graduate outcomes.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in one of Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in any English.
