Overview

This degree fulfils the academic requirements for admission as a lawyer in Australia. In addition to the core units, which comply with professional accreditation requirements, the program includes unique units that reflect a focus on justice and critique. Students may choose elective units to suit their interests and professional aspirations. Applicants who do not have the required ATAR for the Bachelor of Laws are encouraged to apply for the Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) or Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies. Students who then achieve the required GPA can apply for transfer into the Bachelor of Laws. This course is also available online.
