Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English other than EAL or at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

As for Year 12 or equivalent.

Potential Career Outcomes

Graduates will be equipped for careers in diverse settings such as law firms, barristers’ chambers, not-for-profits, government, small businesses and large multinational organisations. The specialisation in intellectual property law provides graduates with the skills to be a lawyer, solicitor or legal adviser across a broad range of industries including advertising and design, banking and finance, entertainment and media, internet and information technology and science.
