Overview

This course prepares midwives to meet current and future requirements of contemporary midwifery practice. The program is designed according to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s Midwife Standards for Practice (2018). Graduates possess a range of skills to work autonomously and, where appropriate, with other members of the inter-professional team in a variety of maternity settings or models of care.
