This course is designed to give you a balanced education with a psychology focus. It provides you with a thorough grounding in the core areas of psychology and emphasises the development of transferrable skills, ensuring you’re able to adapt to challenges and opportunities in the workplace.
Explore a wide range of subjects, studying more focused psychology units as you progress through each year of your degree. Our course includes the study of human social behaviour, the biological bases of behaviour, psychological disorders, and individual differences in personality, intelligence and behaviour. In addition, you may choose an optional Major in Counselling or Minor in Criminology within the course.
If you attain sufficient grades, you will be eligible to apply for our accredited fourth-year psychology programs such as the Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, should you wish to pursue provisional registration as a practising psychologist.
