This double degree provides graduates with foundational knowledge in psychological science and human behaviour as well as the professional, critical thinking and communication skills to run their own business.
The Bachelor of Psychological Science provides the first three years of study and training for a range of careers that require critical thinking and an understanding of human psychological factors. Many graduates pursue postgraduate training to become registered psychologists who provide clinical services, while others work in psychological research or other community settings.
Students will also study an Accounting specialisation from the Bachelor of Business and Enterprise which puts students on an accredited pathway to become a CPA or Chartered Accountant.
Accounting. Analytical skills in solving human, organisational and community-wide problems; competency in research; an understanding of statistical methods.
Private industry, government, health, social, disability and youth services, corrective services, armed services, research organisations, education (with further study). Own business operator, careers in a broad range of sectors, including accounting, marketing, product management, and more.
