Overview

This course is only available to applicants who are currently completing Year 12 in 2023; as well as applicants who completed Year 12 in 2022 or 2021 and have not subsequently undertaken any post-secondary study.

La Trobe's Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) will help you become a professional psychologist, build a career in a psychology-related field, or pursue research.

You'll develop strong analytical, research and communication skills by studying foundational subjects that include clinical and health psychology, developmental and social psychology, psychological assessment, intervention and research.

Personalise your degree with minors in areas including human relationships and neuroscience, and tailor your degree with elective subjects that suit your interests.

Prerequisites

One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 2), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 3).
