Overview

Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people pursuing undergraduate study now have unparalleled access into a range of globally recognised degrees at Monash University. The Indigenous Entry Scheme offers applicants admission to the degrees with a significantly lower Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) requirement. There are no special classes, extra requirements or time added to the course for students admitted under the Indigenous Entry Scheme and students will graduate with the same Monash degree as any other student.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 27 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in one of Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Maths: Mathematical Methods, Maths: Specialist Mathematics, Physics or Psychology.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

As for Year 12 (or Year 12 equivalent).
