The Bachelor of Science (Honours) program provides students with the opportunity to pursue an independent research project in an area of interest under the supervision of an academic staff member. UQ is the leading university in Australia for agriculture, and you can select projects covering the plant or animal sciences at UQ Gatton. The campus houses production animals, horticultural fields, a plant nursery, post-harvest facilities, research laboratories and greenhouses, a wildlife facility, specialist veterinary and equine hospitals, and some of the best animal teaching facilities in the Southern Hemisphere.
