Overview

Build your knowledge base in the areas you're passionate about, develop the complex critical thinking and problem solving skills required to solve some of the world's greatest challenges, and learn transferable skills that are highly valued in the workplace with the ability to apply the knowledge they have acquired, the skills required to communicate effectively in a range of ways, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and understanding of the value of ethical behaviour.

Students may undertake topics from a range of disciplines including: Applied Linguistics, Archaeology, Creative Writing, Criminology, Drama, English, French, Geography and Environmental Studies, History, Indigenous and Australian Studies, Indonesian, Innovation and Enterprise, International Relations, Italian, Law and Society, Modern Greek, Philosophy, Politics, Psychology, Screen and Media, Sociology, Spanish, Theology, Visual Arts and Women's and Gender Studies.

On successful completion of the Diploma students will be guaranteed entry to the following courses:

  • Bachelor of Archaeology
  • Bachelor of Arts
  • Bachelor of Business
  • Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management or International Business or Management or Marketing or Sports Management)
  • Bachelor of Business Economics
  • Bachelor of Creative Industries (Digital Media or Festivals and Arts Production or Film and Television or Interactive Design or Music, Theatre and Performance or Writing and Publishing)
  • Bachelor of Disability and Community Inclusion
  • Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education
  • Bachelor of Engineering Science
  • Bachelor of Information Technology
  • Bachelor of International Relations and Political Science
  • Bachelor of Science
Students can apply for up to one year of credit towards a Bachelor degree.
