The Diploma in Entrepreneurship aims to provide you with the opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial talent and capability while also providing a pathway into Business, Creative Industries and IT undergraduate degrees at QUT. With a strong focus on developing your entrepreneurial mindset, you will develop the the necessary capabilities to identify and grow entrepreneurial opportunities as well as how to plan, establish, lead and influence others while engaging with the broader entrepreneurship eco-system. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, you will be able to articulate into the Bachelor of Information Technology with 96 credit points of advanced standing. The Bachelor of Information Technology equips you to build and apply information technology solutions across diverse industries. A hands-on, work-integrated curriculum allows you to explore areas in information technology, and gain a deep understanding in your chosen specialty. You use your creativity and people skills to maximise the impact of your technical know-how to enable you to deal with technologies that have not been invented yet.

Combined diploma/degrees: Upon completion of the diploma component, you will be automatically offered a place in the single degrees of Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Communication, Bachelor of Creative Industries, and the Bachelor of Information Technology. Each of your diploma units will be credited to each degree.
