The Diploma in Information Technology is a pathway program designed to help you successfully progress to the Bachelor of Information Technology. It provides a hands-on approach that allows you to explore areas in information technology and gain an understanding in both computer science and information systems. The Diploma also focuses on developing your academic skills for future success. A highly supportive learning environment with smaller class sizes ensures a more personalised learning journey and a seamless transition to university studies. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, you will be able to articulate into the Bachelor of Information Technology with 96 credit points of advanced standing. The Bachelor of Information Technology equips you to build and apply information technology solutions across diverse industries. A hands-on, work-integrated curriculum allows you to explore areas in information technology, and gain a deep understanding in your chosen specialty. You use your creativity and people skills to maximise the impact of your technical know-how to enable you to deal with technologies that have not been invented yet.
