Overview

Students undertake the Diploma in Science and the Environment as an alternative pathway that will guarantee entry into UniSA's most popular science and environmental science degrees at UniSA.

The Diploma in Science and the Environment is a two-year program providing a direct pathway into Environmental Science; Outdoor and Environmental Leadership; and Science with UniSA.

In the first year, you'll complete introductory courses in your disciplinary area of focus as well as core courses that will develop your critical writing, communication, numeracy, and research skills. In the second year, you'll start studying first-year courses from your linked UniSA degree. You'll access the same lectures and tutorials as other first-year bachelor students, but you can rely on UniSA College for extra support.

Upon successful completion of the diploma, students will seamlessly transition into the second year of their selected UniSA degree.
