Overview

The Diploma of Business is will give students the skills and knowledge required to undertake a supervisory administration role in a range of occupational areas. The aim is to gain an understanding across a range of business functions. Students study 8 core courses including management, leadership and communication and complete work-related projects that build practical skills required to function in a business role.

The Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) focuses on strategies required to manage people and construct workplace arrangements that respond to organisational and human needs. Core studies cover HR management, organisational behaviour, ethics and governance. Students will understand work practices and gain a holistic view of the management of organisations and how to make enterprise decisions. Students will be exposed to industry representatives, community clients or practitioners and will have opportunities to apply their skills through work-integrated learning
