The Diploma of Conveyancing (Law and Practice) is an opportunity to gain the academic qualifications for a career as a paralegal or conveyancer. It also offers a solid foundation in legal principles and the academic skills needed to pursue further legal studies.
Students gain foundational knowledge about conveyancing law and practice in the Australian legal system and develop skills in legal research and writing, and an understanding of key legal principles.
Graduates may also use the Diploma as an entry pathway to degrees such as the Associate Degree of Law (Paralegal Studies), the Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies, and subsequently the Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University.

Graduates are ideally suited for work in conveyancing and law firms which employ licenced conveyancers.
