Overview

Examine the fundamental concepts of wine science with UniSQ’s Diploma of Wine, the only undergraduate Diploma of its kind currently offered in Australia. In addition to the core courses you can broaden your skills with a minor in Grape Growing, Wine Making or Wine Business Management. Gain valuable industry experience during the residential school courses at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism in Stanthorpe, Queensland, where you will attend face-to-face lectures and tutorials, use the facilities and gain hands on experience with wine industry hosts. You will also have the opportunity to achieve internationally recognised certification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. The Diploma of Wine is a qualification in its own right, and you can stop there if you want to, but it is also a pathway to a Bachelor degree. This means that the eight courses you study can count towards a Bachelor of Science (Wine Science). For more information, visit Diploma of Wine at UniSQ.
