This course provides an understanding of the key areas of early childhood education and care, and an introduction to the theory, principles and practices that best support children's learning and development. This certificate provides initial steps for bachelor graduates from any discipline to become a fully qualified early childhood teacher in an early childhood educational and care setting for children aged from six weeks to six years of age.
