Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Human Services Management will prepare students for a professional career in human services management, working with individuals, families, and communities to ensure economic inclusion and access to services and support. Focus on key areas such as case management and support coordination human services related aspects of law and policy, project evaluation and management, and work and organisational psychology.Courses within the program incorporate engagement to a range of human service organisations to assist students to comprehend the breadth of human service welfare infrastructure. Students are also required to undertake further research into the area of human services to gauge a deeper understanding of their roles in human services management and inter-agency work.Graduates may also be qualified to enter into further study at Masters level.
