Overview

Environmental Design is a broad study area that involves design and planning in relation to natural and constructed environments. Incorporating architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and environmental planning, it includes the analysis, conception and representation of places, objects and policies as they shape our environments. It promotes an understanding of the synergy between objects and settings, between built form and landscape across a range of scales, climates and cultures.
