The Information Systems sector is one of the most rapidly growing industries globally and trained professionals are in high demand by organisations of all sizes. The Undergraduate Certificate of IT Business Analysis is an industry-oriented qualification focusing on the effective analysis, development and management of information and communication technologies in organisations. This certificate will provide you with the opportunity to develop the basic skills required to work in business analysis. It will equip you with expertise in business process management, and the skills to analyse, understand and manage data. Successful completion of this program will enable entry and four units of credit towards the Bachelor of Information Technology (BITC).
