Even if you're told that the exam is not going to be that hard, make sure you prepare for whats coming. The content itself is interesting , but some questions can be quite tedious by hand. Actually that's an understatement, I should say most of the questions from the latter half of the course can be

Custom made 'textbook' that basically has the lecture slides explanations and a bit more, the tute questions and a few more, and the past exams in the back. Worth buying, is useful to learn/revise from, and some of the tute questions are worked through in the book too.
