Offered through La Trobe's Bachelor of Accounting, you'll explore the use of analytics as an element of business disruption, learn how to utilise digital technologies, harness data to delivery business insights, and implement and evaluate solutions to real-world business and technical problems.

La Trobe's Bachelor of Accounting gives you the technical and human skills you need to adapt and thrive in our era of digital transformation. You’ll develop vital skills in accounting, information systems, finance, economics, management and data analytics tools. You’ll also build a deep understanding of financial accounting, business law, management accounting, auditing and assurance, forensic accounting and taxation.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 20 in English other than EAL.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.

Majors

Business analytics.
