Overview

Physiotherapists are highly skilled health professionals that work to rehabilitate, restore and promote health and wellness. You will study under the supervision of qualified physiotherapists and world leading researchers to graduate with the knowledge, manual therapy skills and critical thinking necessary for managing challenging situations concerning individuals, families and communities in complex and diverse settings. Our unique small group learning approach allows you to develop your clinical reasoning skills alongside students from other health professions, contributing to your inter-professional education prior to the commencement of clinical placements that occur in the later years of the program.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in one of Biology, Chemistry, Maths: Mathematical Methods, Maths: Specialist Mathematics or Physics.
