In our Bachelor of Biological Sciences, you’ll gain a strong scientific grounding with the flexibility to specialise in an area that interests you, including biochemistry, botany, ecology, genetics, human physiological sciences, microbiology and zoology. You’ll also be able to take a double major or choose an additional minor.
You’ll get hands-on experience with practical classes in our on-campus labs and facilities, and out in the field. You’ll also get a glimpse into your professional future with industry-led workshops, seminars and work placement opportunities.
One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 2), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 3).
Biological science.
Work in lab and field-based settings, including private industry, research institutes, and local and state government organisations. Possible roles include: biological scientist. microbiologist, environmental consultant, biosecurity officer, geneticist.
