Overview
At our regional campuses in Bendigo and Albury-Wodonga you'll learn about the human body, its structure and its functions. This includes understanding how disease manifests and how drug strategies are used to treat disease.
You’ll learn:
- Practical skills needed to explore the underlying molecular basis of acute and chronic illnesses
- How to apply biomedical research
- How to convey scientific and biomedical science information.
*The University of Melbourne guarantees students who graduate from the Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Medical) with a 70 weighted average mark (WAM) a place in the Doctor of Medicine in Shepparton. A continued commitment to country living whilst completing the Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Medical) is also required.
