Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration is a general business degree with no major area of study. With a broad understanding of the fundamentals of business, many career options await graduates. Students can select subjects from any area of business ACU offers. In addition, when studying an open elective, students can select subjects from other faculties across ACU. In preparation for a successful career in business management, students will be encouraged to think critically, develop their strengths, and discover their potential to become socially responsible, agile influencers who lead from the front.

Prerequisites

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

Subject proficiency: As for Year 12 or equivalent.

Majors

Business Administration.

Potential Career Outcomes

The type of careers this qualification leads to may include accounting, banking, strategic planning, human resource management, industrial relations, management, advertising, recruitment and staff development, retailing and wholesaling, policy administration and marketing.
